Is this a huge miscarriage of justice?

Dr Dewi Evans, lead prosecution medical expert in the Lucy Letby case, has given me permission to share our extensive correspondence over the last year.

The prosecution successfully argued that there was an underlying factor, and that their underlying factor was Lucy Letby. However, is it possible that there is evidence of non-malevolent factors that were instead to blame?

The CPS has never said why it did not consider the notes to be confessions, legally speaking. Why is this?
